Nepal Seattle Society (NSS) proudly announces the Annual Dashain, Tihar and Mha Puja Celebration on Sunday, October 22, 2006 at Egan Hall in Greenwood. Please join us to celebrate our diverse Nepali culture. Let's meet and greet each other, enjoy the food of Nepal and socialize together during this festival season. In conjunction with our Dashain Celebration we will be donating 50% of the Entrance Fee to NSS Disaster Relief Fund to help support the recent floods and landslide victims in Nepal. The program schedule is as follows:

Schedule for Dashain/Tihar Celebration:
Entrance:  6pm
Nepali Dinner: 6pm to 7:30pm (Typical Nepali Buffet Dinner with Dashain Khashi catered by The Everest Kitchen)
Deepawali, Nepali Cultural Program with Dohori competition: 7:30pm to 8:45pm by our locally talented cultural artists.
Open Floor Dance Party: 8:45pm to 11pm – DJ Shree Ram Dahal and Krishna Gurung
Entrance Fee: $10/each for members and $15/each for non-members (Pay at the door cash or check)
Fundraiser: 50% of the Entrance Fee will go to the NSS Disaster Relief Fund to help support the recent floods and landslide victims in Nepal. Extra donations are encouraged and welcomed – Your donations are tax deductible.

Mha Puja: 1pm to 5pm
Puja Cost: $10 per person - covers puja expenses only.
Enrollment for Puja: If you would like to participate in Mha Puja, please inform the Mha Puja organizing committee no later then 15^th October, 2006. This helps us to prepare the puja items for you.
