Here are some important details about the concert:

  • Please arrive by 5:30 PM to enjoy the event to the fullest. Additional parking is available on the south/west end of the building.
  • Concert starts sharp at 7 PM.
  • If you have purchased VIP tickets or are planning to purchase a VIP ticket at the gate please arrive by 5 PM. VIP hours starts at 5:30 PM, you will be able to mingle with the artists and enjoy some snacks and drinks between 5:30 - 6:30 PM in the VIP lounge. 
  • Exclusive VIP lounge is restricted to VIP ticket holders and volunteers attending the VIP guests and artists.
  • If you have reserved your tickets with one of our representatives please arrive early to pick up from the respective representative. The ticket-masters at the gate will not have information about your reservation.
  • If you purchased your tickets online, we will have your tickets at the gate, ticket-masters will hand you your tickets and wristbands.
  • Please note that there is assigned seating and please show your tickets to the ushers when asked for to find your seats.
  • There is ABSOLUTELY NO FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED in the auditorium. Please enjoy your food and drinks at the lobby.
  • Food will be prepared and served 'on site' by Third Eye Grill, Kent between 5:30 PM to 6:45 PM . Please help our local businesses by arriving early and enjoying their delicious food. Here is the menu:Concert ends at 9:30 PM and we have to be out of there by 10 PM so everyone will need to be out  by then.

Walk for Nepal Earthquake Relief – Sunday May 3, 2014

Nepal Seattle Society (NSS) is appealing all our families/friends/volunteers gather together on Sunday, May 3, 2015 at Seattle Center for "Walk for Nepal Earthquake Relief" in solidarity for recent earthquake victims of Nepal. This rally is going to be our first in the history of Nepal Seattle Society. It is advised that all participants wear our Nepali traditional dresses and carry appropriate placards/posters/banners/Nepali flags that relate to the support for earthquake victims. 

The details of the meeting point is as follows:

When : Sunday, May 3, 2015
Where : Seattle Center (between Space Needle and Boeing IMAX) | 305 Harrison Street, Seattle, WA 98109
Time : 12.30 PM  (for brief orientation of peace rally)
Rally begins : 1:00 PM sharp (Settle Center)

At Seattle Center, we will have some speakers speak for the earthquake victims and after that everyone observes a moment of silence for the earthquake victims.

We will take a Short break at Westlake Park and talk to general public and answer questions. 

Then rally will go around Pike Place Market and go south on 1st Ave towards Occidental Park in Pioneer Square.

Rally Ends at Occidental Park, Seattle, WA 98104

Expected duration: 2.5 - 3 hours

Please carry water bottle to hydrate for yourself during the walk
